SHIV SHANKAR DEV v. THE REGISTRAR CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES & ORS.

Delhi High Court disposes of petition after RCS regularises flat self-draw; DDA told to issue regularisation letter

Noting that the RCS's letter of 23 October 2026 regularised the petitioner's self-draw and cleared his membership, the Court held relief was already granted. It directed the DDA to issue the regularisation letter and allowed the petitioner to apply for leasehold-to-freehold conversion once the IDLI portal opens.

Why it matters: Shows a self-draw flat allotment in a cooperative group housing society being regularised under the RCS circular of 4 June 2026, with the DDA to follow up.
