SUJEET KUMAR PANDEY v. STATE OF NCT THROUGH SHO

Delhi High Court sets aside parole rejection, grants convict four weeks' parole to file SLP

The High Court set aside the 24.07.2026 order rejecting the petitioner's parole application and directed his release on parole for four weeks, on a Rs. 10,000 personal bond with one surety and other conditions, including no contact with the victim.

Why it matters: The State accepted that the court has consistently granted parole on similar grounds, and the court relied on that to allow the petition.
