I have spoken with respondents no.2-4 in Hindi and it is stated by them that they have compromised all disputes with the petitioners.
Respondents no.2-4 submit that now they do not wish to continue prosecution of petitioners.
4. Having spoken with respondents no.2-4, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial.
5. Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 903/2023 of Police Station Nangloi (West), Delhi for the offence under Section 323/341/451/506/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
