बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने इचलकरंजी में मनोनीत पार्षदों की नियुक्ति को चुनौती देने वाली रिट याचिका खारिज करते हुए कहा कि MMC Act की धारा 16 के तहत चुनाव याचिका ही उचित कानूनी रास्ता है।
